Our services have been popular in Western Canada's Chinese community. We have offices in both Vancouver (Richmond) and Calgary and are enhancing delivery of our services throughout BC and Alberta.

Our Billing Practices

In addition to enhanced prospects for better recoveries through our approach to service, we offer competitive contingency fee percentages and arrangements. In most cases, clients do not pay fees or disbursements until after recovery.

For our Chinese speaking clients, our in house translation services avoid disbursements for interpretation (except in relation to client preparation and participation in litigation proceedings which generally require outside interpretation services); this generally results in fewer disbursements for interpretation than competing legal services having a greater reliance on outside interpretation services.

We generally endeavor to secure reimbursement of all disbursements as a part of claim recovery, so as to effectively negate such disbursements from client expense and thus optimize on client net recovery.
